CLASSES AT THE YOGA GARDEN (50, 60 or 75 minutes in duration)

General
A minimum of experience is welcome.
Intermediate
Experience in yoga recommended. Practice of postures (not necessarily stronger than in general classes) combined with different yoga tools (eg. sound, visualisation).
Pre-natal
Enjoy your pregnancy, and prepare yourself for childbirth and motherhood. Mums-to-be are welcome to start classes post their 12 week scan. For your first class, arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class to allow time to prepare and discuss any concerns/issues with the teacher.
Beginners Course (for more details see "courses" page on website)
An introductory course to assist you to learn the foundations of yoga.
Post-natal Course / Mums & Bubs (for more details see "courses" page on website)
Gentle, toning class to nurture your body and mind. Mums & Bubs are welcome to start classes after 6-week check up.
General information:
Please arrive 10 minutes before start of class. We do have spare mats, blankets, bolsters, etc. We also sell new mats for $25.-. It is better to practice yoga on an empty stomach, so avoid having food 90-120 minutes prior to class (and you will enjoy eating after class !).
